Sprint "Everything Messaging" cell phone plan
Are you being charged for unknown or unauthorized cell charges for sending pictures or using or accessing data on your Sprint Everything Messaging cell phone plan?
Complex Litigation Group LLC, which was recently appointed Interim Co-Lead Class Counsel by the court, is currently prosecuting a class action against Sprint for charging to send pictures or use or access data to customers who signed up for the " Everything Messaging" cell phone plan. In other words, Sprint is charging you data charges for sending pictures or otherwise accessing data through your cell phone despite the fact that the Everything Messaging plan is supposed to provide "Unlimited nationwide, text, picture and video messaging to anyone on any network."
If you subscribe to the Sprint Everything Messaging plan and were charged for sending pictures or using or accessing data, please contact us for information about the case.

Out of Network Health Care Expenses
Most health insurance pays 80-90% of costs for medical providers who have a contract to be in the insurer's network, and less than that (usually 50%) for charges to medical providers or medical facilities that are "outside" the network. If you, a family member or a friend had to go "out of network" for healthcare services, the insurance company (e.g., Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross) may not have reimbursed the full amount, as promised. Please let us know if you or someone you know went to an "out of network" provider or "out of network" medical facility to discuss your rights.
If you have Out of Network Health Care Expenses or information about this problem, please contact us.
MoneyGram Not Returning Sent and Uncollected Money Transfers
Complex Litigation Group LLC is currently investigating a case against MoneyGram for not returning money transfers sent through its system when the recipient of the money never claimed the funds. In other words, MoneyGram did not give you your money back when the money transfer did not go through.
If you have sent money through MoneyGram that was not collected, and MoneyGram never returned the money or returned the money after several years, please contact us for information about the case.
Johnson & Johnson and Depuy Orthopaedics Defective ASR Hip Replacements Recall Lawsuit
Complex Litigation Group LLC is currently investigating claims against Johnson & Johnson and its medical device subsidiary, DePuy Orthopaedics, involving the DePuy's ASR XL Acetabular System and DePuy ASR Hip Resurfacing System. These two ASR Hip Systems have been recalled due to the high rate of failures and new data showing as many as one in eight patients need a second hip replacement.
DePuy's ASR Hip Systems, a form of hip replacement arthroplasty, provided patients an alternative to total hip replacement where the alleged benefits included less bone being removed and less hip dislocations occurring. Unfortunately, these purported benefits are greatly outweighed by the risks and dangers of DePuy's defective ASR Hip Systems.
If you or someone you know has had a hip replacement with one of DePuy's ASR Hip Replacement Systems, please contact us.
