Rebecca E. Duggan is an associate at Complex Litigation Group LLC and a member of the Illinois and Louisiana bars. Prior to joining Complex Litigation Group LLC, Rebecca worked as an associate attorney for a Chicago-based law firm where she worked on cases involving police misconduct, employment discrimination, and nursing home injuries in both state and federal court. Rebecca graduated with honors from Kansas State University with a B.S. in Political Science. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2008 where she was a member of the Immigration and Nationality Law Review. Rebecca worked for the Federal Defenders Habeas Corpus Unit during law school, where she specialized in securing post-conviction relief for inmates facing capital punishment. During her third year of law school, Rebecca also participated in an Indigent Defense Clinic where she represented low-income individuals in all stages of their criminal misdemeanor cases.
